In 2016, Fox Bros.’ original owners, Pat and Lori Fox, wanted to give back to the team members that made Fox Bros. successful – so they decided to sell the company back to the employees – making Fox Bros. 100% employee owned. Because of this, participants in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) share in the success of Fox Bros. Each year participants are distributed shares at no cost – if they work a minimum of 1,000 hours throughout the calendar year – which is about 20 hours per week. The more hours worked – the more shares earned – the larger the ESOP account!

- – 12 months of service with Fox Bros.
- – Be at least 19 years old
- – Have over 1,000 hours of service over the first 12 months of employment
- – You earn a year of vested service for each Plan Year you work 1,000 hours
- – You vest 20% each year until you are 100% vested.
Fox Bros Piggly Wiggly also offers competitive medical and dental insurance , vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability (eligible 1st of the month following 60 days), 401k matching, ESOP, paid jury duty, bereavement leave, paid holidays, PTO (vacation), and more!
- – Shares are allocated to participants’ accounts annually based off eligible compensation.
- – You are eligible to receive an allocation for each plan year you are actively employed on the last day of the plan year (December 31st) and work 1,000 hours
- – Work 1,000 hours (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FULL TIME TO EARN SHARES)
